Player Eligibility:
Players will not be allowed to practice until all forms are completed and turned in along with their money deposit. This would include the following:
1) EIVA Registration Form
2) Medical Release Form
3) American Falls Club Registration Form (signed by the parent/guardian)
4) $200.00 Player/Tournament Fee (POWER TEAM)
5) $115.00 Uniform Fee (U16POWER TEAM)
6) $35.00 Player/Tournament Fee (U14 Marsh Valley March Tournaments)
7) $20.00 Uniform Fee (U14 Marsh Valley March Tournaments)

Fee:
The total is due by the end of January for the EIVA Teams. No player will be allowed to play in the first tournament until the total is paid in full. (Exceptions are only made with an agreement made ahead of time with another signed contract in place.)
We will make every effort to keep the cost of participation as low as possible. The following are some of the expenses: uniforms, equipment, AAU card, regional tournament fees, and miscellaneous expenses for postage. All coaches and our director are DONATING their time to keep the cost low for the players.
Club Fees:
1. Fees are non-refundable because they are based on the Club’s expenses and the total number of players in the Club. Please note that club fees include the ENTIRE SEASON, whether your daughter wishes to complete the season or not (subject to discretion of the director).
2. In order for the Club to maximize its efficiency in preparing for the club season (ordering uniforms, sending Tournament entry fees, etc.) it is necessary for us to collect the fees upon acceptance.
Tournament Fees:
If a player misses a tournament, which causes the team to have to withdraw from the tournament and it is past the refund period for the tournament fee the player will be responsible for the tournament fees. (Most AAU tournament fees are $150.00 per team) We are trying to identify all tournament dates now so the players will have plenty of notice.
PARENTAL PARTICIPATION:
We need and encourage parental participation. Many parents find trips to tournaments very enjoyable. At some major events, parents are needed to help with chaperoning, transportation, etc.
